Jellyfish restaurant aims to source and serve daily a school of 8 to 14 species of fish, to learn about and understand the textures and specific qualities of each species and then recommend the best way to cook and serve it. Their chefs create sauces, batters and crumbs as well as an extensive range of side dishes that perfectly compliment each meal. NGU Technology took the passion that Jellyfish put into their dishes and the beauty of the meals they create to inspire the design of their platform, while still fitting in with the Boutique Venues group as a whole.
